2. Our Services
Metamorph360 provides digital and creative services including social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, brand strategy, web development, and performance marketing. Our services may be updated or modified at any time as we continue to evolve.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, submit required documents, grant platform access, and respond with timely approvals. Missing information or delayed feedback may affect timelines. Clients must also comply with relevant platform policies (such as Meta or Google).
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be upfront, milestone-based, or monthly as per the agreement. Late payments may result in paused services. Advertising budgets, third‑party tools, and platform fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Revisions & Deliverables
Each service includes a set number of revisions according to the agreed scope. Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges. Final deliverables are provided once full payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, designs, and creative work remain the property of Metamorph360 until the project is fully paid for. After payment, final approved deliverables become the client’s property. Raw files and working files are not included unless agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both the client and Metamorph360 agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information, including project details, strategies, and business data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Metamorph360 is not liable for delays caused by clients, changes in third‑party platform policies, account restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control. We are also not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of provided assets.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. All completed work must be paid for, and pending invoices must be settled upon termination.
